Ate Karen and I went jogging at the Legazpi Park last night and it felt quite good! I’ve been meaning to go jogging since forever but I’m just lazy all the time. But our office moved to a building that’s close to a park and it’s a shame not to abuse it. So last night, I went jogging (plus tons of brisk walking hee) for 45 minutes and I don’t know, I’m just so happy. I’m not sure how many laps I ran but it doesn’t matter!
I’m also planning on joining a maration on Dec. 4 (it was supposed to be on Nov. 20 but I wasn’t able to register hehe) so I need to get in shape. I’m supposed to say “go back in shape” but I’ve never been in shape! I’m hoping that this time, I can lead a healthier lifestyle. I swear, having a 9-hour office job is taking a toll on my health. I’m always out of breath and I’m getting bigger. I need to exercise!! In fact, I’m going jogging again later. Hee.
But no, I’m not cutting down on food. NEVERRRRR.
